Logged in to pick up a wallpaper that didn't suck dick- the banner wouldn't drop off the bottom of the web page. I'm not dead. I know there's worry, what with old internet friends and whatnot that people have died or discontinued use of a platform/account/alias and while I was never here much, I've uh... not put my creative endeavors here in almost a decade. And maybe I might at some point, to have a central repository for whatever garbage spills from my head- because the people still left on DA have a comparatively smaller social media site, with comparative safety to say, a tiktok. And it was a home of sorts for me once- a small escape from a horribly abusive home. But uh, broad strokes- I did community college, got a 2-year degree, and have built a secure career for myself that actually pays the bills with only one job, and my budget does not require overtime. I've been in my industry for almost 10 years now, and have been with my current employer for almost 7. A true luxury.

Been forever since I've been on DA, and my gods, has it been interesting. Two bloody years since I last wrote a journal, and a couple months since I last spoke to my dear friend Death. Life has been insanely busy, I'll tell you. Auto tech and Chemistry classes have murdered me for two years solid, and I'm finally settling in and the stress piles up before graduation. Everything seems to be happening at once as a whole bunch of events are falling on top of each other. So much stuff to do, so little time... On the plus side, I made state finals for the Ford AAA competition, and get to chill in Toledo for two days next month for it. I don't much

Gods, I haven't been on DA in forever... But worry not, I am not dead, I'm merely drowning in homework. Nothing unpleasant, though. But I didn't think that when I got into a public school I'd end up in both the STEM club and comedy improv group. We've got a perfomance for the school on the 15th, and our last competition (about two months ago), out of district, we won. I'm top of all my classes, despite the Chem teacher being convinced that he teaches the most difficult subject ever. My autotech teacher, Mr. Caspole, absolutely loves me because I teach him sometimes. I keep him on his toes. I don't think I'd go to school at all if it weren't f
